I'm stuck on a page and can't do anything

If you are stuck on a page, the best thing to do is close the website completely. On laptops and desktop computers, you can do this by clicking the X or red circle in the corner of the screen.

If you think the problem might be because your computer or internet is running slowly, it's a good idea to turn your computer off and on again.

You can then open up the website and login again – you will be able to start from where you left off.
